Cosumar SA is a Moroccan agribusiness group engaged in the production, refining, and packaging of sugar. It processes both locally grown sugar beet and sugarcane and imported raw sugar, operating sugar mills and refineries across several Moroccan regions. Its product range includes granulated and lump sugar, sugar cubes and loaves, and specialty sugars for industrial use, along with by-products such as molasses and bagasse. Cosumar serves retail consumers, food and beverage manufacturers, and industrial clients, marketing its sugar under well-known Moroccan brands. It is the dominant sugar supplier in Morocco and also exports to markets in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
