Motus Holdings Ltd is a South African automotive group operating across vehicle import and distribution, retail and rental, and aftermarket parts and services. Through its Import and Distribution segment, it serves as importer and distributor of passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and parts to a network of dealerships, car rental companies, fleet operators and government institutions, representing brands such as Hyundai, Kia, Renault, Mitsubishi and Mahindra in South Africa. Its Retail and Rental segment operates franchised dealerships selling new and used vehicles, plus car rental and fleet operations. The Aftermarket Parts segment supplies parts, accessories and workshop equipment through retail and trade channels. The group also provides mobility solutions including vehicle subscription and leasing services. Revenue is generated mainly from new and used vehicle sales, parts, servicing, repairs, and rental and finance-related income, predominantly in South Africa with some operations elsewhere in Africa and the United Kingdom.
