The trust group manages several highways in Malaysia, including Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (AKLEH), Guthrie Corridor Expressway (GCE), Lebuhraya Kemuning-Shah Alam (LKSA), and Sistem Lingkaran Lebuhraya Kajang (SILK).
