Nickel Asia Corp is a Philippine natural resources company primarily engaged in the mining and sale of nickel ore. It operates through mining, services, and power segments, with mining generating most revenue. The company produces saprolite and limonite nickel ore from several mines in the Philippines, including Rio Tuba, Taganito, Cagdianao, and Dinapigue, and also produces limestone and quarry materials. Its ore is sold domestically and exported, mainly to customers in Japan and China, including affiliated processing plants. The services segment provides chartering of landing craft tank vessels, construction, and other services to Coral Bay Nickel Corporation, Taganito HPAL Nickel Corporation, and other parties, and leases aircraft. The power segment generates electricity and explores geothermal resources. Nickel Asia also holds equity interests in nickel processing ventures, linking its ore supply to downstream processing.
