Its gene circuits, created from proprietary DNA sequences, are designed to reprogram cells to sense, compute, and respond to cellular environments. Its product candidates are to kill cancer cells, spare healthy cells, increase specificity, and control drug expression. Its candidate, SENTI-202, is a logic-gated off-the-shelf CAR-NK cell therapy for blood cancers, currently in a Phase 1 clinical trial in the United States and Australia for relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies, including Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
