It serves retail, corporate, and institutional clients primarily in Poland, with additional operations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Its main segments are retail banking, corporate and investment banking, and treasury and other activities. Retail banking, the largest contributor to revenue, offers current and savings accounts, mortgages, consumer loans, credit cards, investment products, and insurance distributed through partnerships.
