Vail Resorts Inc. is a mountain resort operator based in the United States. Through its Mountain segment, the company owns and operates ski resorts across North America and Australia, including destinations such as Vail, Breckenridge, Park City, Whistler Blackcomb, and Perisher, offering skiing, snowboarding, and summer activities like hiking and mountain biking. Its Lodging segment manages hotels, condominiums, and other accommodations near its resorts, while the Real Estate segment develops and sells property adjacent to its mountain operations. The company also operates retail and rental shops and ski and ride schools. Revenue comes primarily from lift tickets, season passes such as the Epic Pass, lodging, ski school, retail and rental, and real estate sales.
