ACNB Corp is the financial holding company. Through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, it provides a full range of retail and commercial financial services in Pennsylvania and Maryland through its network of community banking offices. It also provides property, casualty, health, life and disability insurance serving personal and commercial clients through offices in Westminster, Maryland, and Gettysburg, Pennsylvania and is licensed to do business. The corporation has two reporting segments; the Banking segment which generates the majority of the revenue from banking and wealth management services, including trust and retail brokerage; and ACNB Insurance Services segment which offers a broad range of property and casualty, life and health insurance to both commercial and individual clients.
