CVB Financial is a bank holding company. The company primarily operates through its wholly owned subsidiary, Citizens Business Bank. The bank provides a range of traditional and specialized lending and deposit-taking products, as well as trust services, primarily to individuals, professionals, and small and medium-size businesses in the Central Valley of California. The bank operates as a community bank with two reportable segments--business financial and commercial banking centers--as well as other operations. The overwhelming majority of its loan portfolio is in commercial real estate. A majority of its revenue is net interest income.
