IGB Real Estate Investment Trust is a Malaysian retail property investment company. The company's portfolio includes retail properties and mixed-use developments which have a retail component. Properties are located both domestically and internationally. The company divides its operations into two segments based on its two major retail malls in the portfolio: MVM, which is the Mid Valley Megamall; and TGM, which refers to the Gardens Mall.
