It is the parent of Hiroshima Bank, a regional bank serving individual and corporate customers primarily in the Chugoku region of western Japan, including Hiroshima and neighboring prefectures. Its core banking business offers deposits, lending, securities investment, foreign exchange, and asset management services. The group also operates leasing, credit guarantee, receivables management and collection, financial instruments trading, and IT-related businesses through subsidiaries. Revenue is generated mainly from interest income on loans and securities, together with fees and commissions from banking and financial services. As a regional banking group, it focuses on relationship banking with local small and medium-sized enterprises, individuals, and public entities, while pursuing alliances and digital services to expand its customer base.
