It has the following reportable operating segments -The rental segment is in the business of renting of space under the investment properties and property, plant and equipment. The leisure segment is in the business of providing leisure and recreational facilities. The hotel operations segment is operated under the brand names of Aloft Singapore Novena, Holiday Inn Express Trafford City, Aloft Perth and Great Eastern Motor Lodge.
