Goldstream Investment Ltd is an investment holding. The company, along with its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in provision of IM service and strategic direct investment (SDI) business. The company's segments are: (i) IM business: this segment includes (a) the provision of advisory services on securities and asset management; and (b) securities trading. (ii) SDI business: this segment includes engaging in: (a) the proprietary investments in the financial markets directly managed by investment department of the Company; (b) the proprietary investments in the funds and/or discretionary accounts managed by Goldstream Capital Management Limited or third parties; and (c) the provision of general advisory services.
