Premier Investments Ltd is an Australian retail investment company. Following a major restructuring in 2025, its apparel brands, including Portmans, Just Jeans, Jacqui E, Jay Jays and Dotti, were merged into Myer Holdings via an asset merger, with Premier distributing its Myer shares to shareholders. Premier retains ownership of the Smiggle children's stationery brand, which operates company-owned stores and concessions across Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong, plus online channels. It also owns the Peter Alexander sleepwear and lifestyle brand, which sells through Australian and New Zealand stores and online, having exited its small British store network. Revenue comes primarily from retail store and online sales of these brands. Premier additionally holds a significant equity stake in Breville Group, a listed kitchen appliance maker.
