It is a new-generation private sector bank focused on serving small businesses, self-employed professionals, and individuals across India. It has four segments Treasury Operations includes all financial markets activities undertaken on behalf of the Bans customers, proprietary trading, maintenance of reserve requirements and resource mobilization from other banks and financial institutions; Wholesale Banking includes lending, deposit taking and other services offered to corporate customers; Retail Banking includes lending, deposit taking and other services offered to retail customers; and Other Banking Operations includes para banking activities.
