MAKO Surgical Corporation was incorporated in Delaware in November 2004. The Company is a medical device company that markets its advanced robotic arm solution, joint specific applications for the knee and hip, and orthopedic implants for orthopedic procedures. It offers MAKOplasty, an innovative, restorative surgical solution that enables orthopedic surgeons to consistently, reproducibly and precisely treat patient specific, osteoarthritic disease.
