BOC Hong Kong Holdings Ltd is the holding company for Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, one of the largest banking groups in Hong Kong and a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of China Limited. It provides a full range of retail and corporate banking services, including deposits, mortgages, credit cards, personal loans, trade finance, syndicated lending, and wealth management. The group also operates in insurance, securities, and asset management through subsidiaries such as BOC Group Life Assurance and BOC International. Its primary market is Hong Kong, where it serves individuals, small and medium-sized enterprises, and large corporations, with additional operations in mainland China and other regions. Revenue is generated mainly from net interest income on loans and deposits, supplemented by fees and commissions from wealth management, credit cards, and other financial services.
