Gramercy Property Trust is a real estate investment trust engaged in acquisition and management of single-tenant industrial, office, and specialty properties in the U.S. and Europe. In terms of total value, the vast majority of the company's real estate portfolio is split between offices and industrial properties, such as warehouses and distribution centers, located in urban markets throughout the U.S. Gramercy Property derives nearly all of its income in the form of rental revenue from tenants signed to medium- to long-term leases.
