Resilient REIT Ltd is a South Africa-based real estate investment trust. The company's portfolio consists of regional shopping malls tenanted by national retailers. Resilient's properties are mostly located in nonmetropolitan areas, including Limpopo, Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and KwaZulu-Natal.
