Yihai International is a leading compound condiment manufacturer in China with a focus on hot pot condiments. It was started by the founder of Haidilao (one of the largest hot pot chains in China), Zhang Yong, as a condiment supplier to the hot pot chain. Yihai started to produce packaged hot pot condiments and ready-to-eat hot pot using the Haidilao brand as Haidilao became well known across China.
