Lakeland Financial Corp is a bank holding company, which provides commercial, retail, wealth advisory and investment management services. Its wholly-owned subsidiary is Lake City Bank.

Lakeland Financial Corp was incorporated in the state of Indiana on February 8, 1983. The Bank, through its subsidiaries provides products and services throughout its Northern and Central Indiana markets. It offers commercial and consumer banking services, as well as trust and wealth management, brokerage, and treasury management commercial services. It serves industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, construction, retail, services, health care and transportation. The Bank operates as a community-based financial services organization. As of December 31, 2013, the Bank had 45 offices in thirteen counties throughout Northern and Central Indiana. The Bank opened its 46th office in the Indianapolis market in January 2014. The Bank's Commercial products include commercial loans and technology-driven solutions to meet commercial customers' treasury management needs such as internet business banking and on-line treasury management services. The retail banking clients are provided an array of traditional retail banking services, including lending, deposit and investment services. Retail lending programs are focused on mortgage loans, home equity lines of credit and traditional retail installment loans, including indirect automotive financing. The Bank provides credit card services to retail and commercial customers through its retail card program and merchant processing activity. The Bank provides wealth advisory and trust clients with traditional personal and corporate trust services.
