Financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015.

Good morning. I am Fumiya Kokubu, President and CEO of Marubeni Corporation. Thank you for coming today. I'd like to speak about our financial results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015 which we reported on May 8.

Key factors of results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2015. Our consolidated net profit for the fiscal year ended March 31 was JPY105.6 billion, a JPY105.3 decrease from the previous fiscal year.

Our net debt/equity ratio at fiscal yearend was 1.72, up 0.09 points from 1.63 a year earlier.

Net interest bearing debt increased JPY396.6 billion year on year to JPY2,887.6 billion at fiscal yearend, mainly as a result of new investments which I'll discuss in detail later.
