Good morning. I'm President and CEO, Fumiya Kokubu. I would like to explain the results for the second quarter of the year ending March 31, 2017, and our full-year forecast. I will then cover the business conditions and outlook for each segment.

We announced our results on Friday, November 4.

Consolidated net profit decreased by JPY20 billion compared with the first half of the fiscal year ended March 31, 2016, to JPY80.5 billion.

Net interest bearing debt decreased JPY410 billion compared with March 31, 2016, to nearly JPY2,350 billion.

Total equity increased JPY115 billion compared with March 31, 2016, to JPY1,530 billion, because the hybrid financing we obtained in August 2016 increased equity and more than offset the decrease in foreign currency translation adjustments
