I am Kokubu, President and CEO of Marubeni. Thank you very much for joining us, despite your busy schedule today.

I will share with you the consolidated financial results for the third quarter of the year ending March 2016, and the new mid-term management plan that will start in the next fiscal year.

First, let me start with the financial results for the third quarter of the year ending March 2016. As you can see, the consolidated net profit was JPY121.8 billion; up JPY44.7 billion year on year.

The net profit grew year on year, but in the third quarter large amount of impairment loss was posted. The majority of this impairment loss was on oil and gas projects, which was worth JPY72 billion on a cumulative after-tax basis in the
