Good morning. I am Masumi Kakinoki, CEO of Marubeni Corporation. Thank you for taking the time to be here today. I will first give an overview of consolidated results for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, and then explain the revisions to our medium-term management strategy, GC2021, both of which were released on May 7.

Please look at Page 1. As we explained when we announced the downward revision on March 25, we posted a substantial loss. Consolidated net profit fell JPY 428.3 billion from the previous fiscal year to negative JPY 197.5 billion. Looking at the details of the JPY 197.5 billion net loss, onetime losses totaled JPY 422 billion.
