Reporting on consolidated financial results for the second quarter of fiscal year ending March 31 2016. I'm Fumiya Kokubu, CEO and President of Marubeni Corporation. Thank you for sparing time from your busy schedules to be here today.

I'll highlight key points of our financial results for the six months, ended September 30, as presented in the presentation materials. We reported earnings on November 5.

Key factors of the results. Our consolidated net profit for the six months ended September 30, was down over 20%, JPY 29.1 billion year on year, to JPY 101.2 billion. Equivalent of 56% of our full-year net profit forecast of JPY180 billion, which remains unchanged.

We ended September with total equity of JPY1.6901 trillion. Net interest-bearing debt of JPY2.8896 trillion, and a net
