Heavitree Brewery Business Description

Other Exchanges HVTA:UK
Address Trood Lane, Matford, Exeter, GBR, EX2 8YP
Heavitree Brewery PLC is a United Kingdom-based pub company that owns and operates a leased and tenanted pub estate concentrated in the South West of England, principally Devon and neighbouring counties. The company's pubs, which include properties such as The Anchor Inn, The Beach Hotel, The Bell Inn and The Brunswick Arms, are let to individual tenants under tenancy agreements or longer leases rather than managed directly by the company. Its revenue derives mainly from rents and tied-product sales, with tenants purchasing beer and other supplies through the company's arrangements. Heavitree also owns and manages some properties directly and has historically pursued property development and investment alongside its pub operations. The business operates as a single reporting segment, the leased estate, and generates essentially all of its revenue and holds all of its assets within the United Kingdom.
