Its operations are organized into three segments: Retail Banking, covering consumer finance and wealth management; Corporate Banking, serving corporate clients and financial markets; and Operating Management, which handles supporting functions. The corporate banking segment generates the largest share of revenue. The bank offers deposits, loans, credit cards, foreign exchange, and investment products to individual and business customers, earning income mainly from net interest income and fee-based services. It operates through a domestic branch network in Taiwan and does not have significant international operations.
