ES Bancshares Inc. is a bank holding company headquartered in New York that operates through its subsidiary, Empire State Bank, serving individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. The bank offers deposit products including checking, savings, money market, and certificate of deposit accounts, along with lending products such as commercial and residential mortgages, commercial and industrial loans, small business administration guaranteed loans, and home equity lines of credit. It also provides online and mobile banking, cash management, and other customary banking services. Its customer base consists primarily of small and mid-sized businesses, professionals, and retail depositors. Operations are concentrated in the New York metropolitan area, including Staten Island, Brooklyn, and the Hudson Valley region. Revenue is generated mainly from net interest income, the spread between interest earned on loans and securities and interest paid on deposits, supplemented by fees and service charges.
