The Group's principal business activities comprise investing in sale and leaseback transactions and other maritime credit structures with reputable counterparties. It acquires vessels and leases them to charterers under long-term bareboat charters, typically structured through special-purpose vehicle subsidiaries. Whilst the majority of the Group's transactions are expected to be structured as bareboat leasing arrangements, it also participates in alternative secured maritime financing structures.
