The Company's operations are managed along two operating segments, consisting of banking operations performed by the Bank and trust and investment services performed by the Trust Company. The Bank is engaged mainly in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using such funds, together with other borrowings, to make various commercial business, commercial real estate, land, multi-family real estate, real estate construction and consumer loans. Additionally, the Trust Company offers trust and investment services. It has single operating segment.
