Hung Lung Properties, or HLP, is the property arm of Hang Lung Group Limited and primarily operates premium commercial properties in mainland China and Hong Kong. The company also develops and sells residential properties in both regions. Most of its revenue is generated from mainland China, with focus on retail malls in Tier 1 and 2 cities including Shanghai, Wuxi, Hangzhou, Wuhan, Kunming, Jinan, Dalian, Shenyang and Tianjin.
