MVB Financial Corp is a financial holding company. The company provides a wide range of business activities through the Bank, commercial and retail banking services, as well as Fintech banking. It has three reportable segments: CoRe Banking, Mortgage Banking, and Financial Holding Company. The majority of its revenue is generated from the CoRe Banking segment, which includes its Fintech division, represents banking products and services offered to customers by the Bank, loans and deposits accounts.
