Its primary investment objective is to generate high current income, with a secondary objective to generate capital appreciation by investing predominantly in third-party Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) equity and mezzanine tranches of predominately U.S.-dollar-denominated CLOs backed by corporate leveraged loans issued mainly to U.S. obligors.
