In calculating the Net-Net Working Capital (NNWC), Benjamin Graham assumed that a company's accounts receivable is only worth 75% its value, its inventory is only worth 50% of its value, but its liabilities have to be paid in full. National Refinery Ltd is a Pakistan-based company engaged in manufacturing and supplying fuel products, lubes, BTX, asphalts and specialty products for domestic consumption and export. It is also involved in the crude oil refining business. The company operates through two segments namely Fuel and Lube. The Fuel segment, which is the key revenue driver, is engaged in the production of high-speed diesel, naphtha, motor gasoline, liquefied petroleum gas, jet fuels, and furnace oil. The Lube segment produces multiple grades of lube base oils, bitumen, waxes and rubber process oil and some quantities of other fuel products. It derives maximum revenue from Fuel Segment.
