GCB Bank Ltd is a commercial bank in Ghana, operating through Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, and Treasury segments. Its retail segment generates the largest share of revenue and serves individuals and small businesses with savings and current accounts, loans, overdrafts, payroll solutions, and digital and internet banking services. The corporate and commercial segments provide trade finance, bulk cash collection, working capital facilities, and business advisory services to companies, institutions, and government entities. The treasury segment manages foreign exchange, investments, and liquidity. GCB also offers international money transfer services and operates an extensive branch and ATM network across Ghana. The bank earns revenue primarily from interest income on loans and advances, fees and commissions on transactions and services, and trading and investment income. Its operations are concentrated in Ghana, where it maintains a leading domestic franchise.
