Its retail segment generates the largest share of revenue and serves individuals and small businesses with savings and current accounts, loans, overdrafts, payroll solutions, and digital and internet banking services. The corporate and commercial segments provide trade finance, bulk cash collection, working capital facilities, and business advisory services to companies, institutions, and government entities.
