The company's reportable segments are Core Banking and its factoring division, Steelhead Finance. The Core Banking segment includes all lines of business, except factoring, including commercial and retail banking, as well as the operations, technology, and administrative functions of the Bank and Holding company. The factoring division segment includes the revenue earned from factored accounts receivable and other fees charged to factoring clients. A majority of its revenue is generated from the Core Banking segment.
